The Tohoku Shinkansen line connects Tokyo with Aomori. There are two branch lines - the Akita and Yamagata lines which go to the Akita and Yamagata prefectures. There are six different train services, which run on the Tohoku line: Hayabusa, Komachi, Hayate, Yamabiko, Nasuno, Tsubasa.

Appi Kogen is an all in one destination ski in ski out resort with a large hotel complex connected to the ski resort. After arriving at your accommodation, settle in and relax. If you want to hit the slopes early the next day its a good chance to organise your rental gear.

You can access to all 42 lifts including a few ropeways and a gondola using the Zao Onsen lift pass.

The APPI Kogen Lift Pass will grant access to all the APPI Resort Lifts for an 8-Hour Period. The Lift Passes will be provided on Check-in to APPI Resort Guests.
