Powder Holidays have been skiing and snowboarding around the globe for over 30 years (since 1992). We are passionate about every aspect of these diverse regions, from their rich cultures to their welcoming people, and of course, the unique and impeccable snow conditions that each destination is renowned for. We are committed and dedicated to applying our expert knowledge to ensure that you get the very best out of your holiday experience, no matter where your adventure takes you. 



The expert team at Powder Holidays have all regularly skied or boarded the famous powder snow around the world. We have insider knowledge on the great powder runs, exciting travel options, best accommodations and resort highlights. We use this knowledge to customise and personalise a package that best suits your requirements and budget.



From when you are booking your holiday right through until you are enjoying your holiday on the mountain, Powder Holidays is committed to providing the very best service. 



Powder Holidays have an onsite office in Hakuba, which is opened from December 15 until March 31 to provide support to our customers visiting Hakuba Valley. Furthermore, we also offer a local contact number in Japan, that you can call during office hours and a 24 hour line available in the event of an emergency.

To help us meet this promise we will meet the following service charter:  

  • We will reply to all emails received prior to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard time on the same day.  

  • We will answer the phone within the first 3 rings.   

  • We will provide clear communication throughout our booking process and right through until you return from your holiday.  

  • We will provide education for all our clients through our website and with our resort guides to help you get the best out of their holiday.

We promise to provide you with support in Japan when you need it 24/7.  

We provide this through:  

  • On the Ground Support through our office in Hakuba and through our services partners in others resort areas in Japan.  

  • We have a 24/7 Emergency Support contact line you can call when you are in need.  

  • We also have on the ground emergency support available right through Japan. We will be there to assist when you are in need.  

  • During the winter (December – March) our office helpline is open from 9am – 5pm, 7 Days a week. So call us for any help that you need while you are travelling in Japan.
