Aspect Niseko sits on the edge of the famed “Millionaires’ Row” in Hirafu’s Middle Village. The building, positioned on a sharp incline, boasts unrivalled views of Mt. Yotei from each apartment. The property finished in an array of natural materials that complement the landscape of Niseko across all 4 seasons. The apartments are more than spacious with the 2BDR apartments measuring 117sqm, whilst the 3BDR apartments range from 165 to 186sqm.
All apartments are furnished with the highest quality European and Japanese furnishings for a stylish, comfortable and unforgettable stay. Located in the middle village Aspect Niseko is on the doorstep of Hirafu’s busiest restaurant & bar district. Aspect Niseko's outstanding feature is be the staff support.
Aspect Niseko’s fully dedicated concierge team will be available from 8am to 8pm daily (during the winter months) with building-dedicated vehicles able to shuttle guests around the Hirafu village. The Aspect Niseko team will offer local area expertise and help guests plan and book all aspects of their stay. There is a ski valet service for all guests and a small lobby area where the concierge team meet and greet guests on arrival or to wait prior to departure.
Location
Aspect Niseko is located at the bottom of Middle Hirafu Village. You can walk 10 minutes or so up the hill to the Acefamily lift. There are many restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.

Luxury middle village
Great location in middle village with amazing views towards Mt Yotei, apartments are spacious and well appointed, on the bus route for easy access to gondola.
