Overview
There are a couple of Sake brewery around Myoko region, which around 40 minutes's drive away from Lotte Arai. Niigata is one of Japan's historic and famous sake producing prefecture. Due to pure snow melt water from Niigata mountains, clear air caused by constant snow fall and famed Niigata rice, quality of Niigata region sake is very high.
